What comes to mind when you read this title? Earlier this week God laid this title on my heart. I had the sense that He wanted His children to understand that sin does not keep you out of heaven but the posture of one's heart does. Sin does not cause separation from God but our heart posture does. Now you may be thinking to yourself, " I thought if we sin we don't go to heaven". This is exactly what our heavenly Father wants to make clear to us and give us understanding in. Love took a stand and made a choice, to be beaten, whipped, and nailed to a cross to wash away every stain of sin. To make us white as snow through His cleansing blood. Sin from the beginning of time has been accounted for and our mighty God had a plan already in motion to defeat it. The Good News (Gospel) is, He did just that!
18. “Come now, let’s settle this,”
says the Lord.
“Though your sins are like scarlet,
I will make them as white as snow.
Though they are red like crimson,
I will make them as white as wool.
19. If you will only obey me,
you will have plenty to eat.
20. But if you turn away and refuse to listen,
you will be devoured by the sword of your enemies.

For many years we as members of the body of Christ have gotten really comfortable with just showing up to so called church. Doing a few good deeds here and there, maybe a few outreaches but not really being the church. We have become too occupied with the cares of this world and the things in it. We use the very blessings of God to keep us from Him. Even when we are in His presence we are not fully present in mind, body, heart and soul. Too many times our minds are distracted with other things than the word of God. Too many times our hearts are filled with so much pain and resentment that we barely can keep track of all the pieces. Our soul is so withdrawn from the world and the ones in it that we don't even remember what it was like to have a pure intimate relationship with someone. Our outer bodies begin to break down on us because of all the turmoil that is going on within us. We are slowly dying spiritually and we do not even realize it, the body of Christ is being defeated spiritually and we don't even know how to stop it. Now hear me well, I am not talking about God himself but we as His body, we are dying. God wants our hearts to beat again. He want to revive us and give us a reset.
Reposition the posture of your heart toward Him. Have a heart that is on fire for the Lord, one that keeps burning long after you have left your alone time with Him. Have a heart that surrenders every thought that comes to mind to His word. Have a heart that turns the other cheek when you are being attacked. Have a heart that is a peace maker not a fighter. Have a heart that is humble and that will submit to the call and will of God. Have a heart that believes against all odds, no matter how crazy and impossible the promise of God may seem. Have a heart that is set apart and does not follow the crowd. Have a heart that receives counsel from the Holy Spirit. Have a heart though broken places it in the potters hands. Have a heart that stands even when you feel crushed and pressed on every side. Have a heart that lives for the will of God and not your own. Have a heart that forgives without keeping any record of wrong. Have a heart that obeys even when the flesh is weak. Have a heart that repents immediately though the sin committed may be a familiar one. Have a heart that listens and says "Yes Lord". Have a heart that loves fearlessly, that loves in spite of and not because of. Turn your heart to Him, and everything that is in you or attached to you He will forgive, cleanse and purify!
Brothers and Sisters give your heart a chance to connect to the Father's heart. Jesus took a heart posture that day on Calvary with His arms outstretched, our names written on the palms of His hands (Isaiah 49:16) with the most profound message ever heard in history "I love you". What does your heart posture say? Does is bow before the King or does it turn away from Him? Do not miss the privilege to be seated at the right hand of God for eternity because your heart posture is not right. You are loved.
La Postura De Tu Corazón
¿Qué te viene a la mente cuando lees este título? A principios de esta semana Dios puso este título en mi corazón. Tuve la sensación de que Él quería que Sus hijos entendieran que el pecado no te mantiene fuera del cielo, sino la postura del corazón. El pecado no causa la separación de Dios, pero la postura de nuestro corazón sí. Ahora quizás estés pensando: "Pensé que si pecamos no iremos al cielo". Esto es exactamente lo que nuestro Padre celestial quiere dejarnos claro y darnos comprensión. El amor tomó una posición y tomó una decisión: ser golpeado, azotado y clavado en una cruz para lavar toda mancha de pecado. Para hacernos blancos como la nieve mediante Su sangre limpiadora. El pecado desde el principio de los tiempos ha sido tenido en cuenta y nuestro poderoso Dios ya tenía un plan en marcha para derrotarlo. Las buenas nuevas (evangelio) es que ¡Él hizo precisamente eso!
18. »Vengan ahora. Vamos a resolver este asunto

Aunque sus pecados sean como la escarlata,
yo los haré tan blancos como la nieve.
Aunque sean rojos como el carmesí,
yo los haré tan blancos como la lana.

Durante muchos años, nosotros, como miembros del cuerpo de Cristo, nos hemos sentido realmente cómodos con el simple hecho de asistir a la llamada iglesia. Haciendo algunas buenas obras aquí y allá, tal vez algunos esfuerzos comunitarios pero sin ser realmente la iglesia. Nos hemos vuelto demasiado ocupados con las preocupaciones de este mundo y las cosas que hay en él. Usamos las mismas bendiciones de Dios para alejarnos de Él. Incluso cuando estamos en Su presencia, no estamos completamente presentes en mente, cuerpo, corazón y alma. Muchas veces nuestra mente se distrae con otras cosas además de la palabra de Dios. Muchas veces nuestro corazón está lleno de tanto dolor y resentimiento que apenas podemos seguir la pista de todas las piezas. Nuestra alma está tan retirada del mundo y de quienes están en él que ni siquiera recordamos cómo era tener una relación íntima pura con alguien. Nuestros cuerpos externos comienzan a descomponerse debido a toda la agitación que está sucediendo dentro de nosotros. Estamos muriendo lentamente espiritualmente y ni siquiera nos damos cuenta, el cuerpo de Cristo está siendo derrotado espiritualmente y ni siquiera sabemos cómo detenerlo. Ahora escúchenme bien, no hablo de Dios mismo sino de nosotros como Su cuerpo, estamos muriendo. Dios quiere que nuestros corazones vuelvan a latir. Él quiere revivirnos y darnos un reinicio.
Reposiciona la postura de tu corazón hacia Él. Ten un corazón que esté ardiendo por el Señor, uno que siga ardiendo mucho después de haber dejado tu tiempo a solas con Él. Ten un corazón que entregue cada pensamiento que te viene a la mente a Su palabra. Ten un corazón que ponga la otra mejilla cuando te ataquen. Tenga un corazón que sea pacificador, no luchador. Tengan un corazón humilde y que se someta al llamado y voluntad de Dios. Ten un corazón que crea contra todo pronóstico, por loca e imposible que parezca la promesa de Dios. Tengan un corazón apartado y que no siga a la multitud. Tenga un corazón que reciba consejo del Espíritu Santo. Tener el corazón aunque roto lo pone en manos del alfarero. Ten un corazón que se mantenga firme incluso cuando te sientas aplastado y presionado por todos lados. Ten un corazón que viva para la voluntad de Dios y no la tuya propia. Ten un corazón que perdone sin guardar ningún registro del mal. Tened un corazón que obedece incluso cuando la carne es débil. Tenga un corazón que se arrepienta inmediatamente aunque el pecado cometido le resulte familiar. Ten un corazón que escuche y diga "Sí Señor". Ten un corazón que ame sin miedo, que ame a pesar de y no por causa de. ¡Vuelve tu corazón hacia Él, y todo lo que hay en ti o está adherido a ti, Él te perdonará, limpiará y purificará!
Hermanos y hermanas, denle a su corazón la oportunidad de conectarse con el corazón del Padre. Jesús tomó la postura del corazón ese día en el Calvario con los brazos extendidos, nuestros nombres escritos en las palmas de sus manos (Isaías 49:16) con el mensaje más profundo jamás escuchado en la historia "Te amo". ¿Qué dice la postura de tu corazón? ¿Se inclina ante el Rey o se aleja de Él? No pierdas el privilegio de estar sentado a la diestra de Dios por la eternidad porque la postura de tu corazón no es la correcta. Eres amado.
