One of the things I have noticed through the years, is during the CHRISTmas holiday the stores are full with people shopping. They are shopping for others. People are picking out things with someone else in mind. Even those who do not have much are looking for ways to make things and give out of the little that they have. When we give, it makes us feel good inside. Fulfilling someone's desire, no matter how big or small it may be; we feel happy to have been a part of it. Giving releases us to stop and look around, to see the world and the people in it. I know that many of us have felt unloved. We have gone through life feeling unnoticed. As we look back on 2022 and reflect, some will look back with fondness and accomplishment while others will look back with sadness and regret. This CHRISTmas many will celebrate with friends and loved ones. While Some will be reminded of those friends and loved ones that are no longer here. Some will wake up CHRISTmas morning to lots of gifts under the CHRISTmas tree while others do not know what it is to receive a CHRISTmas gift.
This CHRISTmas, God wants you to be reminded of the gift He has given us. A Savior, born in Bethlehem to bring hope to a dying world, hope to a broken relationship, hope to dreams that seem out of reach. Our King came into our world as a baby and left this world as a young man; but this CHRISTmas and everyday He gives us His peace, love and joy. We not only get to receive these gifts but we get to share them with others, and it doesn't cost us anything to do so! Like a kid looking into a store window pointing to and starring with awe at the toy or thing they desire most.... God too stops and looks at us in that same way every single day of our lives. He looks at you and thinks the very same thing He thought the first time He laid eyes on you.... "you are who I want". From the first time He formed us, He has been thinking of us. When He blesses us He picks out things uniquely to us. He has given us the chance to become a part of His family, His world, and to Believe once again.
Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God- John 1:12 (NIV)
BELIEVE is- to place one's trust in God's truth. CHRISTmas is a great time to Believe! Not in Santa or reindeers, but in the Miracle of CHRISTmas. To Believe in the story that once filled so many hearts for generations. Believe in the gift that God gave to the world. A gift that was given to all and paid for all. God in His loving kindness toward us sent His son, born in a manger to bring hope, to give us life, freedom, redemption and restoration. With us in mind, God paid a great price for this gift, but to us He gives it freely, and if we Believe in this gift it can be ours. When we believe in Jesus we release God's promises to us, Believing releases God's hedge of protection. When we Believe we trust that what God has spoken is true. This precious gift will never fails us, He will always be there, loving us today and forever. God's gift of love- Jesus, keeps on giving!

Brothers and Sisters, this CHRISTmas I want to encourage you to Believe in the great gift and miracle of all times, "A Savior"- Jesus! He was born for you and I. He was born so we can have eternal life. This beautiful season and every season after this, let us "Believe"! Today will you BELIEVE in the Miracle of CHRISTmas? You are loved.

Una de las cosas que he notado a través de los años es que durante la temporada de NAVIDAD las tiendas están llenas de gente comprando. Están comprando para otros. La gente está eligiendo cosas con alguien más en mente. Incluso aquellos que no tienen mucho buscan formas de hacer cosas y dar de lo poco que tienen. Cuando damos, nos hace sentir bien por dentro. Cumplir el deseo de alguien, por pequeño o grande que sea; nos sentimos felices de haber sido parte de ello. Dar nos libera para detenernos y mirar alrededor, para ver el mundo y las personas que lo habitan. Sé que muchos de nosotros nos hemos sentido no amados. Hemos pasado por la vida sintiéndonos desapercibidos. Mientras miramos hacia atrás en 2022 y reflexionamos, algunos mirarán hacia atrás con cariño y logro, mientras que otros mirarán hacia atrás con tristeza y arrepentimiento. Esta NAVIDAD muchos la celebrarán con amigos y seres queridos. Mientras que algunos recordarán a esos amigos y seres queridos que ya no están aquí. Algunos despertarán la mañana de NAVIDAD con muchos regalos debajo del árbol de NAVIDAD, mientras que otros no saben lo que es recibir un regalo de NAVIDAD.
Esta NAVIDAD, Dios quiere que recuerdes el regalo que nos ha dado. Un Salvador, nacido en Belén para traer esperanza a un mundo moribundo, esperanza a una relación rota, esperanza a los sueños que parecen fuera de alcance. Nuestro Rey vino a nuestro mundo como un bebé y dejó este mundo como un hombre joven; pero esta NAVIDAD y todos los días nos regala su paz, amor y alegría. No solo recibimos estos regalos, sino que también los compartimos con otros, ¡y no nos cuesta nada hacerlo! Como un niño mirando el escaparate de una tienda señalando y mirando con asombro el juguete o la cosa que más desea... Dios también se detiene y nos mira de la misma manera todos los días de nuestras vidas. Te mira y piensa exactamente lo mismo que pensó la primera vez que te vio... "tú eres lo que quiero". Desde la primera vez que nos formó, ha estado pensando en nosotros. Cuando nos bendice, elige cosas que son únicas para nosotros. Él nos ha dado la oportunidad de volvernos parte de Su familia, Su mundo, y de Creer una vez más.

CREER es poner la confianza en la verdad de Dios. ¡NAVIDAD es un buen momento para Creer! No en Papá Noel o renos, sino en el Milagro de la NAVIDAD. Creer en la historia que una vez llenó tantos corazones durante generaciones. Cree en el regalo que Dios le dio al mundo. Un regalo que fue dado a todos y pagado por todos. Dios en Su amorosa bondad hacia nosotros envió a Su hijo, nacido en un pesebre para traer esperanza, para darnos vida, libertad, redención y restauración. Pensando en nosotros, Dios pagó un gran precio por este regalo, pero a nosotros nos lo da gratuitamente, y si creemos en este regalo, puede ser nuestro. Cuando creemos en Jesús liberamos las promesas de Dios para nosotros. Creer libera el cerco de protección de Dios. Cuando Creemos confiamos en que lo que Dios ha dicho es verdad. Este precioso regalo nunca nos fallará, Él siempre estará ahí, amándonos hoy y siempre. El regalo del amor de Dios- ¡Jesús, sigue dando!

Hermanos y hermanas, esta NAVIDAD quiero animarlos a Creer en el gran regalo y milagro de todos los tiempos, "Un Salvador" - ¡Jesús! Él nació para ti y para mí. Él nació para que podamos tener vida eterna. Esta hermosa temporada y cada temporada después de esta, ¡"Creemos"! ¿CREERÁS hoy en el Milagro de la NAVIDAD? Eres amado.
